Do not order from Rugs.com. I was appalled by the entire transaction. I ordered the rug knowing it was on back order. They charged me immediately and sent out a shipment notice. I thought it was odd and emailed them. They assured me it was the right one. It came and sure enough it was the wrong rug. I spent one hour on hold with customer service and they assured me I would still get the correct rug. Fast forward a month later and I get an email stating they cannot fulfill my order because they never got me on the back order list but will send me a rug within $50 of the price of the rug for free-its already free shipping. Then after another long hold I was told my refund would be processed when they get to it and it will take 5 days from processing to refund it. Youre better off using Wayfair or Overstock. Same products, cheaper prices and better customer service.

Returned this rug, it was a cheap feeling and looking rug- hard to find quality stuff these days

I bought this rug for the main TV area in my apartment. The color of the rug ordered said it was white. It was a cream color. Great rug just wrong color. Return process was great.

I bought this rug about a month ago as part of my bedroom renovation and it looks great! The material is nice and soft and the pop of silver really catches the eye. However the colors are a bit duller than they appear online, the white is closer to a cream. All around great purchase though!
