This rug was just okay...the gold tones looked more beige and clashed against my beige carpet. But thats not my issue...my issue is the incredible hassle it has been to work with this company on returning the rug. First of all good luck finding where you initiate the return, I had to search the entire internet because they dont just do the right thing and just email you a link. Then I finally requested a return label and never heard anything back. Finally after following up they emailed me a label a week later. Then after promptly shipping it back, I get an email acknowledging the return with promise of another email a few days later then again...crickets...basically its been months and no $$ back. I honestly think they count on people just forgetting?! Just bad bad customer service considering how difficult it is to purchase a rug online.
