So thankful for Rugs.com's return policy. I went through a dozen rugs before settling on this one. It's everything I wanted: 1. A TRUE grey (since it's a hint of silver). Their other grey rugs were beige or taupe. 2. So soft. My kids and I would test out the other rugs and none of them were soft enough to play on. 3. Low pile because I wanted my kids to play with their toys and not lose little pieces. Mine has a little nick in the fabric but given that I got the 7x10, I'll just snip it off and pray it's not noticeable. (That's my reason for deducting a star) The trick with new rugs is to vacuum them TWICE, then re-roll in the other direction and leave them that way for a day. They flatten out nicely after that.

Love the look of this rug. The colors go beautifully with our living room decor. Still waiting for the creases from the folds due to shipping to relax. (a little frustrating its not rolled) This is why only 4 stars.

Infinitely better than our old rug. This one doesn't shed at all and it's soft and shiny. We put a carpet pad under it and that makes it much better. I wish there was a 10 by 12 but we r happy with the 10 by 13

Overall, I really like this rug. It's very soft, plush, and feels well made. I didn't like how it was sent with many folds because it took a lot of effort to try to reduce the lines and they are still working themselves out. I also didn't realize that you didn't see the full pattern at all times. It looks different in different light. Not necessarily a bad thing, but I don't think this was well represented in the photos and description.
