Rugs.com has a lovely assortment of wool Gabbeh rugs. Ive purchased some in different sizes & colors for my new home. Green, pink, orange & yellow. The shipping has been fast, each rug well packaged and each in excellent condition. With new wool tufted rugs there has been some fluff and lintbut totally expected. Beautiful wool rugs! Love the colors, particularly the green one. Feel great under bare feet!

I bought the 8 x 11 and a runner. They look nice but we have had them for two mohths and they won't stop shedding. I reached out to customer service and they said this: Powerful suction can damage the fibers and the beater bar can even rip them out. If you must vacuum the rug, we recommend that you NEVER use the beater bar. Well, that warning is NO WHERE on the website. There are no Care Instructions proviced. And after two months, all they will offer me is $186 partial credit when I spent close to $900! DON'T DO IT.

We attempted to deal with Rugs by email and were treated disgracefully by two of the most arrogant, disrespectful and unprofessional people we have ever dealt with. We shall never use the company again, and would recommend no-one ever does. Appalling in every meaningful way.

I bought this rug a month ago and am very pleased with its durability and texture. It is even soft! I love it.
