I have been trying for a week to return a rug I purchased from them. No phone numbers, no emails. Only a customer form. I have filed the form 3 times and searched the web trying to find a way to contact them. All listed phone numbers, including the one on their FB page are disconnected. Email address in the confirmation email doesn't exist. I finally got the name of their corporate headquarters (Unique Loom) and they couldn't find my authorization in the system either, although they saw that I had submitted a request for return authorization.

Ordered this in navy blue. Colors are good and it is an okay rug. Please note, however, that the pictures are misleading. Some show a rug with very precise designs but this is a loose designed shag rug. I posted two pictures from the website so that you can see the difference and make sure that you want a shag rug. Open the image on the left in a new tab to see the precise version. Shag on the right.
