About this rug
Step into the vibrant essence of North African charm with our Tangier Treasures. Inspired by the rich cultural tapestry and architectural marvels of Morocco's storied cities, this assortment presents an array of designs each more enchanting than the last. From the bustling medinas of Casablanca to the serene hues of Chefchaouen, these pieces weave tradition with modern style.
Crafted on a foundation of durable jute and adorned with a plush pile of 100% polyester, the rugs offer both resilience and comfort. Available in a palette that ranges from soothing light blue and ivory to a bold navy and eclectic multi, there is a shade to match every decorative vision.
Each piece in the Tangier Treasures invites you to traverse the landscapes of Morocco without leaving your home. Let the serene patterns and colors transport you to a world where design mirrors the beauty of expansive deserts, inviting beaches, and lush mountains. Just as Morocco is a gateway to a myriad new experiences, this collection will be the gateway to a refreshed, revitalized space.
I have been trying for a week to return a rug I purchased from them. No phone numbers, no emails. Only a customer form. I have filed the form 3 times and searched the web trying to find a way to contact them. All listed phone numbers, including the one on their FB page are disconnected. Email address in the confirmation email doesn't exist. I finally got the name of their corporate headquarters (Unique Loom) and they couldn't find my authorization in the system either, although they saw that I had submitted a request for return authorization.

Ordered this in navy blue. Colors are good and it is an okay rug. Please note, however, that the pictures are misleading. Some show a rug with very precise designs but this is a loose designed shag rug. I posted two pictures from the website so that you can see the difference and make sure that you want a shag rug. Open the image on the left in a new tab to see the precise version. Shag on the right.
