Carolyn I ordered the rug on Dec 5 and did not get it until Jan 16th. I e-mailed them 3 times during that time and NEVER heard back from them. I figured that I had been duped, but to my surprise I finally received it. Bad customer service. The rug for the price the color is pretty and the quality as far as the material is alright but they could have at least squared it off at the ends. It's rectangle but cut lopsided. So bad that it doesn't lay right. Oh well, I will keep the rug and try to ignore the lopsidedness it but will not buy from this company again.
