Cozy, a little thin on my concrete floors but keeps my feet warm.

We wanted something lighter in color but could still work with dogs and kids without looking too busy. We love this because it doesn't look too busy like similar style rugs and does not have the overly distressed look that many rugs have. It was as pictured. Ours looks more yellow at night with our lighting. It isn't too thin or too thick. A rug mat for underneath could be nice if you wanted something extra but its not necessary.
