Defective rugs , not good customer service

I ordered this rug as well as a rug mat and was really excited to receive it . It came in a timely manner , however upon arrival I noticed that the edges of the rug were raw, not seamed. Two sides were seamed and the two longer sides were raw. I called returns , sent them a picture and they said yeah , its not supposed to look like that . They processed a return and said they would send me a new one . A week or so later I received the new rug , and again , raw seams on two sides . I called customer service , they were not helpful or empathetic, basically said to send it back. No offer of replacement, sorry for inconvenience,, etc.. so now I have two rugs that I need to haul to a return Fed Ex, with no hope of getting a decent rug. I will not order from Rugs.com again . Not only that, Im stuck with a rug Nat with no rug because they are non returnable!
