Rug wont straighten out and its border is already unraveling.
It feels as if there is some kind of coating on the surface. The price was reasonable and I think the quality is commensurate with that.
I purchased this rug for the dining room about a month ago - absolutely gorgeous, so pleased. It is predominantly off white with gray/silver tones, the pattern is subtle. Truthfully, our home style of furnishing is traditional/transitional and this rug/pattern is perfect. Could be used with any color palette. Because of the size, it came folded as opposed to rolled. It took about a week for it to settle down and I had to put heavy items on the creases to calm it down to the floor. It was worth the effort! Great price and arrived quickly. Would order from this company again and again.
Very wrinkled and I can't seem to get it to lay flat. Thinner than expected. I may have to send it back.
We purchased this for a guest bedroom. As we unrolled it, I thought to myself, "Wow, this grey is darker than it seemed in the photo." But I figured that if that was the only flaw with the rug it would be fine. Unfortunately, it's not. It's been about a month and the rug is still incredibly creased and hasn't flattened out. We've tried several of the suggested approaches--vacuuming it, folding it the other way, rolling it, placing furniture on top--to no avail. We'll almost certainly replace it with a different rug and try to find a use somewhere for this one...
