I got two rugs with wrong background color. One was because I was confused, but not the other one.
I used their website page to contact them. Three times I wrote to them, but got replies from rugs.com instead. I googled the company and tried those numbers. Out of service. Finally, I saw a different email so I wrote to them. No response. I gave it one more try and finally am waiting to get the instructions, in the mail, snail mail.
God knows how that will go. I did order the larger one with the correct background color and is nice.
Just be careful to make sure the color in your order matches the one you chose.

Very nice
Great colors, thin so doors pass over it but soft to walk on. Perfect for our closet.
