The first 2'7 x 8 rug I received was damaged. The binding was coming apart in about a 4 inch section at one of the corners. I called Rugs.com customer support, sent them a picture, and they replaced it very quickly without me having to return the damaged one. Awesome customer service. I love the new rug but after a week or so it's still being stubborn about laying flat completely flat. Except for rolling the rug the opposite way for a full day and using a rug pad, I haven't done anything extra yet to resolve the issue. I'll give it more time and then may try different things. I've bought nine rugs so far from Rugs.com and this was the only one that came in less than perfect condition, which was resolved immediately. Great company to buy from and I'm very pleased with the rugs I've purchased.
