Holly Very disappointed in how thin this rug is. I even bought the extra pad for underneath and this is just not a cushion comfortable fluffy rug. I will be in closing photos and hoping someone reaches out to me thank you very much.

dar2012 I bought carpet about 2 weeks ago, sent back , quality was bad, shag carpet did not cover backing, picture on web site showed carpet looked denser looking. As I cut plastic off the roll of carpet from delivery I noticed how bad it looked, went no further. Getting refund was easy, emailed them, they sent return label and we took to a fed ex location. Took a few days to get credit on card.

Not Cruella When I think of shag, I think of plush carpeting that is thick and something you can sink your feet into. This is not that rug. I ordered the white rug for my daughter's bedroom and when it got here I was SO disappointed. In the picture, the rug looks thick, but when you roll it out it is so thin that the rug looks like a black rug spotted with white yarn. Seriously, you can see the black bottom of the rug through the rug and my husband asked me if it was supposed to be a, "Dalmation rug." For over $200 it should be a much higher quality, but I guess you still get what you pay for. I tried to return it almost immediately and conveniently there was an error message that wouldn't allow me to start the process. Thankfully the customer service rep was helpful in that regard. Now to go through the hassle of returning an 8x11 rug. Steer clear of this doozie of a rug, well, unless you are going for a Cruella DeVille look.

Valentina bad quality with a lot of bald spots throughout the rug the fur is not fluffy either the whole rug just looks sad

LB123 This rug is so low density/sparse that you can literally see the backing through the rug. The backing is navy. The rug I bought is white. You can imagine how awful that looks. This might look OK in a darker color, but I would 100% avoid in a light color.
