mea2019 This rug fulfills a purpose, but it's not something I would ever re-purchase. I just needed something cheap and quickly. It definitely does shed. In clumps. And the shag on it is so long that it somewhat lays flat. It is not the fluffy and comfortable rug of your dreams, but you can't beat the price.

Mae2019 I purchased the Zermatt 9x12 Shag Rug and was 100% dissatisfied with the poor quality. It was immediately shedding even as I was attempting to remove it from the packaging! Because of the size, it was folded for shipment and as a result of the creases, the rug won’t lay flat. Very disappointing. I will not be purchasing another rug from Rugs,com. Thank you.

Shalyn I still haven't received my rug. It has been 1 week since the promised delivery date. It says it was delivered 2 days ago. I have been back and forth with fedex trying to locate it. I have contacted rugs.com and no response from them!

stoat I purchased the 8x8 square for my bedroom and it's not a bad rug. It is pretty soft and true to size. I am not able to see through it as stated in some of the other reviews, but it is missing some of the fibers in a couple of spots around the edges. But it looks really nice in my room and for the price I am not at all unhappy with this purchase.
On a somewhat related note, I did order a separate carpet pad and it did not arrive with the rug as it shipped separately. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice to have known that sometime around checkout.
